At the eastern end of the Champs-Elysées there Place de la Concorde, the largest square in Paris with brilliant prospects in each direction. This was the stage for the French king Louis XVI, Marie Antoinette and many others who would be guillotined during the French Revolution. The Gath large Egyptian obelisk dating back to the year 3200 in the center of the Place de la Concorde Luxor Temple in the 19th century
